In this episode of 'The Sydney Dialogue Summit Sessions', ASPI’s Deputy Director for Cyber, Technology and Security Bart Hogeveen speaks to Singapore’s Commissioner of Cybersecurity and the founding Chief Executive of the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore David Koh. They discuss the formation of the digital and intelligence service in the Singapore Armed Forces, as well as state behaviours in cyberspace, and what it means to be a responsible cyber power.
