Japanese Government Address: KONO Taro

This keynote address from Japan's Minister for Digital Transformation KONO Taro explored the nation's digital transformation, including its progress towards becoming a cashless society. The speech also discussed Japan's push to establish a new international organisation to improve global data transfer.
