Cyber Strategy and Digital Governance

With the emergence of competing models of the internet and the rise of malicious cyber behaviour, this session explored what "good" international cyber governance should look like. The panelists explore the different ways that both countries and corporations are responding to the issue, how we can promote the free flow of information and intercultural engagement, and what it takes to deter malicious behaviour in cyberspace.

Speakers in this session included: Dirk Häger, Head of Operational Cyber Security, Germany's Federal Office for Information Security, Simon Milner, Vice President, Public Policy APAC, Meta, Nele Leosk, Estonia's Ambassador-at-Large for Digital Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Hon Josephine Teo, Singapore's Minister for Communications and Information and Minister-in-charge of Smart Nation and Cybersecurity, and Nguyen The Trung, Managing Director, DTT Technology.
